The aroma of freshly brewed coffee from Kaffeerösterei Bremen, accompanied by homemade NordRaum muesli and all sorts of regional specialities: with the anticipation of our varied breakfast buffet, getting up is easy!

An authentic Nordic buffet awaits you, featuring fresh rolls and breads from our in-house baker, a colourful selection of jams and, of course, Bremen-style smoked salmon and other fish. Make the most of your start to the day – on our lovely terrace in summer, or in our spacious breakfast room in winter.

In addition to yoghurt and quark dishes, you can also recharge for your activities with regional cheese and sausage specialities, fruit, nuts and delicious egg dishes. We will serve coffee and tea at your table, while cold drinks are available at the buffet.

On request, we are also happy to offer gluten-free rolls and lactose-free milk.
