  • Bed linen

Bed linen is provided and is changed every four days. Upon request, it can also be changed daily. Please let us know.

  • EV charging station

For house guests, two charging points for electric vehicles are available, which can be used free of charge subject to availability. A reservation is not possible – please let reception know so that the charging station can be activated for you free of charge.

  • Breakfast times

Monday to Saturday, 6 am to 10 am

Sundays and public holidays from 7 am to 10.30 am

If breakfast is not included in your booking, you can add it for €14 per person.

  • Guest card

With the Bremen ErlebnisCARD, you can benefit from numerous advantages in the region; you can order it online in advance or purchase it locally.

Among other things, the card can be used for buses, trains and the ferry service. Further information can be found in the section „Guest card".

  • Drinks and snacks vending machine

The Drinks and snacks vending machine is on the second floor. Payment is made directly at the machine by coin.

  • Vouchers

Vouchers are available on request at reception.

  • Dogs

Dogs are very welcome with us upon request and at an extra charge. There are restrictions in the breakfast room and in the business rooms.

  • Pillows

In the room you have the use of two pillows in different sizes: 80 × 80 cm and 40 × 80 cm.

  • Reading material

Magazines and the current daily newspaper can be found at reception and in the breakfast room.

  • Lunchbox

For your excursion or your journey home, we are happy to provide a packed lunch upon request. This includes filled sandwiches, juice, fruit, yoghurt, a boiled egg and a cereal bar.

For the packed lunch we charge €10 per person.

We accept orders in person at reception up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Parking

Free parking is available for our guests directly in front of the hotel.

  • Smoking

Smoking is permitted in the smoking rooms.

  • Reception hours

Our Reception is manned round the clock.

  • Quiet hours

Quiet hours apply daily from 22:00 to 06:00.

  • WiFi

Our Wi-Fi is available to you during your stay free of charge available. The network name is hotelnordraum. You can get the password at reception. Alternatively, you can QR code on the stand in your room use to connect directly to the Wi-Fi.

  • Room key

Your Room key also opens the front door. This is between 24:00 and 06:00 locked. During this time, you can reach our night porter available and opens the door.
