If you do not wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, you can easily cancel the service by 10 pm the evening before using the form below.

Many of our guests consciously choose it – for example:

• for the sake of the environment, to save water and detergent
• for greater privacy and quiet during your stay
• or simply because no cleaning is necessary
